铝合金模板深化设计的要点和细节

近些年来,铝合金模板及支撑体系凭借绿色环保、高周转率、混凝土成型效果优良、经济效益突出等优点,逐步成为高层建筑的标准施工工艺。但相比于木模板的灵活安拆,铝合金模板难以在现场进行切割组装,故需要在深化设计阶段完善各项细部节点,从而达到一次成型、一次成优的效果。结合佛山保利锦上名苑项目的铝模施工,对深化设计过程中易出现纰漏的要点和细节进行总结,希望能给予建筑同行们更多的启发。

In recent years,aluminum alloy formwork and support system has gradually become the standard construction technology of high-rise buildings because of the advantages of green environmental protection,high turnover rate,excellent concrete forming effect,outstanding economic benefits and so on.However,compared with the flexible installation and disassembly of wood formwork,aluminum alloy formwork is difficult to cut and assemble in the field,so it is necessary to improve each detail node in the deepening design stage,so as to achieve the effect of one-time molding and one-time optimization.Combined with the aluminum formwork construction of Foshan Poly Jinshang Mingyuan project,this paper summarizes the main points and details which are easy to make mistakes in the process of deepening the design,hoping to give more inspiration to the architectural counterparts.
