修缮项目高层住宅超危大落地脚手架施工技术研究

摘要 高层建筑修缮所采取的脚手架体系是在既有建筑物周边布置,周边环境复杂且敏感,其施工安全和结构的稳定性尤为重要。以陆家嘴街道福山小区屋面及相关设施改造项目为例,分析了超危大落地脚手架的结构体系,针对其施工工艺流程提出了施工关键技术。研究成果可为老旧小区高层建筑改造或修缮施工使用超危大落地脚手架提供参考。 Scaffold system adopted in high-rise building repair is arranged around the existing building,and the surrounding environment is complex and sensitive,so its construction safety and structural stability are particularly important.Taking the roof and related facilities reconstruction project of Fushan Community in Lujiazui Street as an example,this paper analyzes the structural system of the ultra dangerous large floor scaffold,and puts forward the key construction technologies for its construction process.The research results can provide a reference for the use of ultra dangerous large floor scaffolding in the reconstruction or repair of high-rise buildings in old residential areas.
