摘要
研发了一种新型轻质墙体穿入型内锚固锚栓,介绍了锚栓的构造形式和锚固原理,着重分析了锚栓在拉拔荷载下的受力机理和破坏模式,并和膨胀型锚栓在ALC砌块上进行了抗拉承载力对比试验。结果表明:穿入型内锚固锚栓抗拉承载力测试结果优于同直径的膨胀型锚栓,锚固连接不会因为锚固件尖头处的ALC材料被挤碎而很快失效,即使松动仍然保持较大的抗拉拔力。
A new type of light wall penetration type internal anchor bolt is developed.The structural form and anchoring principle of the anchor bolt are introduced.The stress mechanism and failure mode of the anchor bolt under pullout load are emphatically analyzed,and the tensile bearing capacity of the anchor bolt and the expansion anchor bolt on the ALC block is compared.The results show that the test results of the tensile bearing capacity of the penetration type anchor bolt are superior to the expansion type anchor bolt with the same diameter,and the anchoring connection will not fail quickly because the ALC material at the anchor tip is crushed,even if it is loose,it still maintains a large tensile pulling force.
