建筑工程成本控制中技术与经济理论的融入现状及解决策略

为提升建筑行业发展速度与核心竞争力,针对当前建筑工程成本控制与技术理论、经济理论之间的融合现状进行分析,发现当前技术与经济理论在成本控制中相对独立,建筑企业忽视质量成本与工期成本的管理与控制,企业对于成本管理体系科学性缺乏重视。根据建筑企业当前现状和我国基本国情,提出建筑工程成本控制中技术与经济理论未来的融入发展策略,在工程成本控制中植入技术与经济理论,平衡控制建筑工程中三大成本,建立科学性成本控制管理体系,通过以上策略深度融合新技术手段和经济理论发展新管理模式,实现工程项目建设成本控制的目标。

In order to improve the development speed and core competitiveness of the construction industry,based on the analysis of the integration of the current construction project cost control,technical theory and economic theory,it is found that the current technology and economic theory are relatively independent in cost control,the construction enterprises ignore the management and control of quality cost and duration cost,and the enterprises pay little attention to the scientific nature of the cost management system.According to the current situation of construction enterprises and the basic national conditions of our country,this paper puts forward the future integration development strategy of technology and economic theory in the cost control of construction projects,implants technology and economic theory in the cost control of construction projects,balances the control of the three major costs in construction projects,establishes a scientific cost control management system,and develops a new management mode by deeply integrating new technology means and economic theory through the above strategies,Achieve the goal of project construction cost control.
