摘要
为了探究在精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者中采用穴位按摩联合情志护理的效果,选取2019年6月~2021年7月期间湖北科技学院附属第二医院收治的87例精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者作为研究对象,采用分组对照的方法进行研究,比较两组患者干预前和干预4周、12周后的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)。结果表明,在精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者中采用穴位按摩联合情志护理,可以改善患者的心理状态,对患者疾病康复具有积极的促进作用。
In order to explore the effect of using acupuncture point massage combined with emotional nursing in patients with schizophrenia and depressive symptoms,87 patients with schizophrenia and depressive symptoms admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study object by group control to compare the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after 4 weeks and 12 weeks.The results show that using acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing in patients with schizophrenia and depressive symptoms can improve the psychological state of patients and have a positive promoting effect on their disease recovery.
