摘要 铁路线路的维修维护是保证运输安全与稳定的重要工作,采用闪光焊接方法处理无缝线路中伤损钢轨的效果较好。概述了既有线闪光焊施工技术现状,包括线下焊接、线上焊接和插入焊3种施工方式;分析总结了3种方式存在的问题和解决方法;对既有线闪光焊施工技术的进一步发展提出展望。 The maintenance of railway lines is an important work to ensure the safety and stability of transportation.The flash butt welding method has a good effect on the treatment of damaged rail.The current situation of moving flash butt welding construction technology for existing lines was introduced,including three construction methods:offline welding,online welding and insert welding.The problems of existing methods and corresponding solutions were summarized.The prospect of the further development of flash butt welding construction technology for existing lines was put forward.
