加权平均算法在水电站自动电压控制系统的应用

摘要 黄河万家寨水利枢纽有限公司龙口水电站计算机监控系统升级改造后,试运行阶段机组自动电压控制(Automatic Voltage Control,AVC)调节时多次出现合格率低于调度规定标准的情况。经检查分析,用于全厂AVC调节的母线电压采样不合格,导致全厂AVC调节不合格,母线电压调节不能有效进入死区。为此基于加权平均算法对母线电压进行滤波处理,有效提高了全厂AVC调节的合格率,为电网电压的控制提供了保障。 After the upgrading of the computer monitoring system of Longkou Hydropower Station,the qualified rate of unit Automatic Voltage Control(AVC)regulation is lower than the dispatching standard for many times during the trial operation stage.After inspection and analysis,it is found that the reason is that the bus voltage sampling used for AVC regulation of the whole plant is unqualified,resulting in the unqualified AVC regulation of the whole plant,and the bus voltage regulation cannot effectively enter the dead zone,therefore the qualified rate of the AVC regulation of the whole plant is reduced.This paper proposes the filtering of bus voltage by weighted average algorithm,which effectively improves the qualified rate of AVC regulation in the whole plant and provides a guarantee for the control of power grid voltage.
