摘要
内蒙古电网与华北电网解列后,内部系统频率将快速升高,高周问题突出,而现有切机方案无法有效解决高周问题。基于当前内蒙古电网高周切机方案中涉及的切机容量、切机延时参数,从稳态与暂态出发,利用PSD-BPA仿真工具分别研究了切机方案中各参数对频率偏差的影响,通过对比不同切机轮次策略参数变化对频率偏差产生的影响,最终确定了适应内蒙古电网的高周切机方案。
Inner Mongolia power grid exists high cycle problem after being disconnected from North China power grid under serious faults,whichs lead to the rapid rising of internal system frequency.Due to the change of Inner Mongolia grid structure and the increase of load,the existing frequency generator tripping scheme cannot effectively solve the high cycle problem,and the current frequency generator tripping scheme needs to be improved.Based on the steady state and transient state,the PSD⁃BPA simulation tool is used to study the influence of each parameter on the frequency deviation.By comparing the influence of the change of parameters in different rounds on the frequency deviation,the high frequency generator tripping scheme suitable for Inner Mongolia power grid is finally determined.
