变压器套管面面压接型电连接接触电阻劣化过程分析

摘要 针对变压器套管电连接失效易引起变压器起火、燃爆等问题,基于综合运行工况分析面面压接型电连接在静力试验中的等效方法,并对面面压接型电连接进行静力试验,通过静力试验得到接触电阻与电连接静力的关系,采用经验公式进行验证。结果表明:面面压接型电连接的接触电阻随着轴向应力的增大而减小,随着径向应力的增大而增大;经验公式中的系数对接触电阻值有较大影响;机械磨损是导致接触电阻增大、电连接劣化的主要原因。 Aiming at the problems that the failure of the electrical connection of the transformer bushing can easily cause the transformer to ignite and explode,based on comprehensive operating conditions,the equivalent method of surface to surface crimping electrical connections in static tests is analyzed,and static tests are conducted on surface to surface crimping electrical connections.The relationship between contact resistance and static force of electrical connections is obtained through static tests,and verified using empirical formulas.The results show that the contact resistance of surface to surface crimping electrical connections decreases with the increasing of axial stress and increases with the increasing of radial stress.The coefficient in the empirical formula has a significant impact on the value of contact resistance.Mechanical wear is the main cause of the increased contact resistance and the deterioration of electrical connections.
