新时代背景下大气污染防治面临的挑战及对策研究

Research on the Challenges and Countermeasures of Air Pollution Prevention and Control in the New Era

在生态文明建设与城市化建设的推进过程中,我国存在较为严重的大气污染问题,大气污染对人们的日常生产生活造成了负面影响。为了提高大气污染防治工作质量,本文结合工作经验并翻阅大量资料,首先分析了新时代背景下我国大气污染防治工作面临的随意排放废气废水、民众环保意识淡薄、大气污染类型多种多样、能源消费结构不合理、监督管理工作不到位等一系列挑战,进而提出了合理规划工业布局、增强民众环保意识、控制多样污染类型、促进产业结构升级、加大环保监管力度、科学处理生活垃圾、大力推进绿化建设等解决对策,旨在提升国民生活质量和幸福感,保护好城市生态环境,为大气污染防治工作提供参考借鉴。

In the process of ecological civilization construction and urbanization construction,there is still a serious problem of air pollution in the field of environmental protection in China,which has a negative impact on people’s daily life and production.In order to improve the quality of air pollution prevention and control,this paper,combined with work experience and a large number of materials,fi rst analyzed a series of challenges faced by China’s air pollution prevention and control work under the new era background,such as random emission of waste gas and water,people’s weak awareness of environmental protection,various types of air pollution,unreasonable energy consumption structure,inadequate supervision and management,and then proposed reasonable planning of industrial layout,enhancing people’s awareness of environmental protection to control various pollution types,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,strengthen environmental protection supervision,scientifi cally dispose domestic garbage,vigorously promote greening construction and other solutions,the aim is to improve the quality of life and happiness of the people,protect the urban ecological environment,and provide reference for the prevention and control of air pollution.
