土地资源具有数量有限、空间位置固定、价值增值的特征。随着我国社会文明的不断发展,城市化和工业化进程的加快,一些企业搬迁、关停等过程,都会给当地的土地带来一定的环境污染,而这种污染又是隐性的、累积的、不可逆的,很难被发现并解决这些问题,从而使土壤的污染问题越来越严重。因此,在新时期,随着绿色生态理念的不断推进,需要对土壤污染的调查和风险评估体系进行研究。

Land resources have the characteristics of limited quantity,fi xed spatial location and value appreciation.With the continuous development of China’s social civilization,the process of urbanization and industrialization is accelerating,and the emergence of some enterprise relocation,closure and other processes will bring certain environmental pollution to the local land,and this pollution is hidden,cumulative,irreversible,it is diffi cult to fi nd and solve these problems,thus making the soil pollution problem more and more serious.Therefore,in the new era,with the continuous advancement of the concept of green ecology,it is necessary to study the investigation and risk assessment system of soil pollution.
