上海市某工业企业地块土壤污染状况初步调查研究

Preliminary Investigation on Soil Pollution of An Industrial Enterprise Plot in Shanghai

伴随着城市建成区面积的迅速扩大,原本处于城市外围的工业用地也越来越多地转化为住宅用地或商业服务用地等。地块工业企业的使用历史,可能会给未来在此地块居住或工作的人群带来健康风险。本文以上海市某工业企业地块为研究对象,通过收集相关文件资料、探访知情人员、实地调查等方法,确定了该地块的潜在污染区及潜在污染物,并依据国家有关部门及上海市现行相关技术导则和规范进行了有针对性的检测点布设、样品采集和检测。检测分析结果表明,该地块土壤和地下水环境质量现状,满足国家和上海市现行标准[1-3]中关于市政道路开发利用的要求。

With the rapid expansion of the urban built-up area,the industrial land originally located in the periphery of the city has also been increasingly transformed into residential land or commercial land.The original industrial enterprises of the plot may use the history to bring health risks to people in contact with people living or working in the future.Taking an industrial enterprise plot in Shanghai as the research object,this paper determined the potential pollution areas and potential pollutants in the plot through the collection of relevant documents,visits of insiders,fi eld surveys and other methods,and conducted targeted detection point layout,sample collection and detection according to the relevant national departments and the current technical guidelines and specifi cations of Shanghai.The test and analysis results show that the soil and groundwater environmental quality status of the plot meets the requirements of the current national and Shanghai standards on the development and utilization of municipal roads.
