Under the traction of economy,the speed of social investment is increasing,the demand is rising step by step,followed by the increase of high emissions.Under this background,the ecological environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.This paper will comprehensively analyze the dilemma of ecological environmental law enforcement,and put forward reasonable suggestions for follow-up reference.
