自调式膜片弹簧离合器的力学特性与疲劳分析 被引量:2

摘要 以某车型自调式膜片弹簧离合器为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,在此基础上分别对膜片弹簧、力感应弹簧、离合器盖和压盘进行静力学、模态、瞬态动力学和疲劳分析。通过静力学分析说明其设计是安全的;通过模态分析获得其固有频率及振型,为避免共振提供理论指导;通过瞬态动力学分析获得各构件的动力学特性,表明其工作特性达预期要求;通过疲劳分析获得其最大应力值与最大应力点位置,为离合器的结构设计提供优化方向。文章的研究结果可为自调式膜片弹簧离合器的结构设计和优化提供理论依据。 Taking a self-adjusted diaphragm spring clutch as a research object,the finite element model is established,on which the static,modal,transient dynamics and fatigue of the diaphragm spring,force sensing spring,clutch cover and pressure plate are analyzed.Through static analysis,their design is safe;through modal analysis,their natural frequency and vibration model are obtained and the theoretical guidance is provided to avoid resonance;through transient dynamics analysis,the dynamics characteristics of each member are obtained,indicating its working characteristics are expected;the maximum stress value and maximum stress point position is obtained by fatigue analysis,and the optimization direction for the clutch structure design is provided.The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for structural design and optimization of self-adjusted diaphragm spring clutch.
