摘要
轻量化是当今汽车工业面临的一大课题,如何在实现轻量化的同时又能保证碰撞性能是各大主机厂共同面临的问题和挑战。为了实现车身轻量化的同时又能保证碰撞性能这一目标,文章基于某款中高端新能源车型,通过在B柱应用变厚度轧制板(VRB)技术代替原始的B柱加强板拼焊方案,同时结合碰撞仿真分析技术,最终实现该款中高端新能源车型在满足碰撞性能的同时,降重10%的轻量化效果,方案应用对于行业有一定借鉴和参考作用。
Lightweight is a major issue facing the automobile industry today.How to achieve lightweight while ensuring crash performance is a common problem and challenge facing all major OAs.In order to achieve the goal of lightweight body while ensuring collision performance,this paper based on a certain high-end new energy vehicle,through the application of variable-thickness rolled blank(VRB)technology in B-pillar instead of the original B-pillar reinforced plate welding scheme,combined with collision simulation analysis technology,finally achieve the lightweight effect of 10%weight reduction while meeting the collision performance of this high-end new energy vehicle.The application of the scheme has a certain reference function for the industry.
