一种基于影响因素的电网环境风险感知平台的设计与实现

摘要 电网设备运行过程中面临各种不确定因素的影响,科学应对这些因素可提升电网运行的安全性和稳定性。文章根据电网风险等级和电网设备运行等特点,设计了一个风险感知预警平台,对电网设备运行的环境信息进行收集、整理和分析,实现极端天气状况的监控预警感知,并通过灾前布控技术手段,最大限度地降低由于环境因素造成的停电事故。 Power grid equipment is affected by various uncertain factors during operation,and scientific response to these factors can improve the security and stability of power grid operation.According to the characteristics of power grid risk level and power grid equipment operation,this paper designs a risk perception and early warning platform to collect,sort out and analyze the environmental information of power grid equipment operation,realize the monitoring and early warning perception of extreme weather conditions,and reduce the blackout accidents caused by environmental factors to the maximum extent by means of pre-disaster control technology.
