摘要
目的:建设厦门大学附属第一医院信用就医平台,优化就医流程,促进医疗服务高效便民,改善患者的就医体验。方法:与厦门市卫健委信用就医平台相衔接,引入信用+医疗服务模式,实现免密授权、无感支付等服务,改造传统就医流程。结果:提高了医护人员的工作效率,对减少人员聚集、缩短就医时间起到了积极的作用。结论:本项目建设能够简化缴费流程,提高就诊效率,构建和谐互信的医患关系,提升公众对诚实守信的荣誉感。
Objective:Building a hospital credit medical platform at the First Hospital of Xiamen University to optimize medical processes,promote efficient and user-friendly medical services,and improve patients’accesss experience.Methods:Connecting with the credit medical platform of the Municipal Health Care Commission,introducing credit&medical service model,realizing services such as secret-free authorization and Unconscious payment,and transforming the traditional medical access process.Result:It takes a positive effect on improving the efficiency of medical and nursing staff,on reducing the gathering of people and shortening the time of medical treatment.Conclusion:Through the construction of this project,the payment process is simplified,the efficiency of medical consultation is improved,a harmonious and mutual trust relationship between doctors and patients is built,and the public’s sense of honor for honesty and trustworthiness is enhanced.
