摘要
文章从《审查指南》专利“保护范围”相关规定出发,结合图像通信领域特点,选取特定类型的方法权利要求和实际案例,针对准确解读方法权利要求的保护范围提升检索效率进行浅析。
This paper starts from the relevant provisions of the"scope of protection"of the patent in the Guidelines for Examination,combines the characteristics of the image communication field,selects specific types of method claims and actual cases,and analyzes how to improve the retrieval efficiency by accurately interpreting the scope of protection of the method claims.
