摘要
为满足新型电力系统对电力数据通信网在安全性、可靠性、灵活性和兼容性等方面提出的新需求,文章分析了传统电力数据网存在的主要问题,广泛调研了三大通信运营商关于IP技术演进策略,结合国家的产业政策和电力数据网现状特点,论证了采用SDN和IPv6+创新技术建设新一代电力数据通信网的可行性;提出统筹兼顾网络平滑演进和保护现有投资情形下网络的建设方案,并以福建电网为例给出具体的实施建议,以促进IPv6+技术在电力系统的推广应用,支撑电力数字化转型。
In order to meet the new requirements of the new power system for the security,reliability,flexibility and compatibility of the power data communication network,the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional power data network,extensively investigates the evolution strategies of the three major communication operators on IP technology,and combines the national industrial policies and the current characteristics of the power data network,The feasibility of building a new generation of power data communication network using SDN and IPv6+innovative technology is demonstrated;Study the network construction scheme under the condition of taking into account the smooth evolution of the network and protecting the existing investment,and give specific implementation suggestions with Fujian Power Grid as an example to promote the promotion and application of IPv6+in the power system and support the digital transformation of power.
