摘要
钙离子(Ca^(2+))作为细胞的第二信使,是参与人体内各项活动的重要调控因子,钙蛋白酶(Calpain),它是一种中性半胱氨酸蛋白酶,主要受Ca^(2+)激活,Calpain在许多生理过程中发挥了很大的作用,例如细胞周期的调控与凋亡,还有细胞信号转导和葡萄糖转运等.近年来,人们对这类酶的兴趣大大增加,因为它与脑缺血和其他神经损伤、神经退行性疾病如阿尔茨海默病、心肌缺血相关的神经细胞死亡有很大关系,因此本文对钙蛋白酶抑制剂在神经细胞损伤、失血性休克、缺血再灌注以及阿尔茨海默病研究等方面进行了综述.
Ca^(2+)as the second messenger of cells,is an important regulatory factor involved in various activities in human body.Calpain is a group of neutral cysteine proteases,mainly activated specifically by Ca^(2+).Calpain plays an important role in many physiological processes,such as cell cycle regulation and apoptosis,cell signal transduction and glucose transport.In recent years,people are interested in this type of enzyme increases greatly,because it has much to do with brain ischemia and other nerve injury and neurodegenerative diseases,such as alzheimer′s disease,myocardial ischemia related to nerve cell death.In this paper,the calcium protease inhibitors were summarized in cell injury,ischemia reperfusion and breast cancer research and so on.
