摘要 融洽向上的导学共同体建立是预防研究生心理问题的有效途径,也是提高团队科研能力、实现师生共同发展的重要基石。导师认同师生的平等性和共生性,是建立导学共同体的关键前提;非学术性导学互动,是加强导学共同体建设的重要载体;“向上”与“融洽”同等重要,是导学共同体的建设目标;有效指导和人文关怀,是消灭学生心理问题于萌芽阶段的有效手段。 The establishment of a harmonious and positive supervisor-postgraduate community is an effective way to prevent psychological problems among graduate students,and also an important cornerstone for improving team research capabilities and achieving common development between them.The mentor’s recognition of the equality and symbiosis between teachers and students is a key prerequisite for establishing a guiding community;Non-academic guidance interaction is an important carrier for strengthening the construction of a guidance community;Being“positive”and“harmonious”are equally important,which is the ultimate goal.Effective guidance and humanistic care are effective means to eliminate students’psychological problems in their early stages.
