Practical Exploration of the Incentive Mechanism in the Emissions Trading Market——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

中国作为经济发展大国,对排污的需求一直处于高位,排污权交易不仅对缓解全球气候变化具有重要意义,对我国经济可持续发展更是至关重要。文章就排污权交易在山西省的运行情况进行了客观分析,剖析近年来山西省在激励和约束排污权交易市场等方面的政策和措施,探索山西省排污交易在行业标准、搭建平台和基础建设等方面逐步形成的激励机制,以期为推动其他省市排污治理和高质量发展提供借鉴。

As a major economic development country,China has always had a high demand for emissions.Emissions trading is not only of great significance for mitigating global climate change,but also crucial for the sustainable development of China’s economy.This article objectively analyzes the operation of emission trading in Shanxi Province,analyzes the policies and measures in recent years to incentivize and constrain the emission trading market,and explores the incentive mechanism gradually formed by emission trading in Shanxi Province in terms of industry standards,platform building,and infrastructure construction.This provides some inspiration for promoting pollution control and high-quality development in other provinces and cities.
