合成气制氢装置脱碳系统运行问题分析与对策 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了合成气制氢装置aMDEA(活性甲基二乙醇胺)脱碳单元热稳定盐的产生机理,分析了胺液降解的类型以及降解产物种类,阐述了热稳定盐对脱碳单元工艺运行及设备的危害。针对某公司合成气制氢装置脱碳单元出口工艺气残余CO_(2)含量超标以及设备腐蚀等异常工况的原因进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。通过采用撬装式阴阳离子树脂交换净化的方式,将热稳定盐的质量分数从净化前的5.4%降至净化后的0.8%,将束缚胺转换成为有效胺,最大CO_(2)载荷从净化前的24.311 m^(3)/t上涨到净化后的34.487 m^(3)/t,有效地提高了溶液的二氧化碳吸收能力,缓解了胺液对设备的腐蚀。同时,总结了胺液净化过程当中的经验与不足,对同类装置脱碳单元工艺及设备的稳定运行具有重要借鉴意义。 This paper introduces the generation mechanism of HSS in aMDEA CO_(2)removal unit of HYCO unit,analyzes the types of amine solution degradation and the types of degradation products.The harm of HSS to process operation and equipment of CO_(2)removal unit is described.The causes of abnormal working conditions such as excessive residual CO_(2)in process gas at the outlet of decarburization unit of a hydrogen production unit from synthetic gas and equipment corrosion are analyzed,and solutions are proposed.By adopting skid mounted anion and cation resin exchange purification,the mass fraction of HSS was reduced from 5.4%before purification to 0.8%after purification,and the bound amine was converted into effective amine.The maximum CO_(2)load increased from 24.311 m^(3)/t before purification to 34.487 m^(3)/t after purification,which effectively improved the carbon dioxide absorption capacity of the solution and alleviated the corrosion of the amine solution on the equipment.The experience and shortage in amine purification process are summarized,which has important reference significance for stable operation of CO_(2)removal unit process and equipment of similar units.
