基于体验式消费的现代餐厅景观设计研究

摘要 体验式经济现已渗透到人们生活的方方面面,表现为消费需求由单一的物质享受转变成融入精神的双重享受,对消费时获得全新体验有更高的期盼。餐饮业竞争日益加剧的大背景下,打造特色主题餐厅显得尤为重要,主题差异化已是餐厅核心竞争力之一,而餐厅景观设计也是凸显差异化的关键所在。本文主要对基于体验式消费的现代餐厅景观设计存在的不足进行探讨,并基于此提出设计思路以及设计实践,以供借鉴。 Experiential economy has now penetrated into all aspects of people's life,which is manifested in the transformation of consumer demand from a single material enjoyment into the double enjoyment of the spirit,and a higher expectation for a new experience of consumption.Under the background of increasingly intensified competition in the catering industry,it is particularly important to create a characteristic theme restaurant.Theme differentiation has been one of the core competitiveness of the restaurant,and the restaurant landscape design is also the key to highlight the differentiation.This paper mainly discusses the shortcomings of the modern restaurant landscape design based on experiential consumption,and puts forward the design ideas and design practice based on this,for reference.
