城市更新下的废弃地景观修复设计研究

Study on Landscape Restoration Design of Abandoned Land Under the Background of Urban Renewal

城市中的废弃地常年占据着大量土地资源,破坏着生态环境,产生了社会矛盾。为此,城市建设开始从扩张转向修复过渡的阶段,寻求更高质量的转型方式。本文从城市更新的背景出发,对相关概念进行定义和梳理,结合城市废弃地逐年增多这一现状,选择秦皇岛一处废弃地进行实践探索,从生态修复角度提出城市废弃地的设计原则和改造策略,通过对该地区的设计重塑,探索了工业遗迹的保留与传承手段,以期为解决城市更新背景下的废弃地景观修复提供参考。

Abandoned land in cities occupies a large number of land resources all the year round,destroys the ecological environment and produces social contradictions.Therefore,more cities attempt to seek a transition which focuses on restoring rather than expanding.This article chooses a part of abandoned railway in Qinhuangdao,to organize and define the concept of landscape restoration,and provide a design principle and renovate method,to renew the city with the retention and inheritance the industrial heritage.
