摘要
脐带缆终端是水下脐带缆关键的硬件设备,其在深海环境承受载荷复杂恶劣,对连接系统的承载能力提出了更高的要求。以南海某气田使用深水脐带缆终端为研究对象,基于国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO)和挪威船级社(Der Norske Veritas,DNV)相关标准,对脐带缆终端外结构部件按弹-塑性和纯弹性应力分析方法建立有限元模型并进行数值分析,得到其在生产工况下的轴向载荷能力、剪切载荷能力、弯矩能力和扭矩能力,并分析了不同吊装提升方式对深水脐带缆终端承载能力的影响。分析结果表明:正常生产工况下计算所得承载能力均满足相关标准评价指标;不同吊装提升方式对深水脐带缆终端承载能力影响不同;与两点提升吊装方案相比,四点提升吊装方案更不容易产生应力集中,满足安全强度要求。研究成果可为脐带缆终端设计和现场应用提供理论基础和技术参考。
Umbilical terminal head is the key hardware equipment of underwater umbilical,which bears complex and harsh loads in deep sea environment,and puts forward higher requirements on the structural capacity of connection system.The deep water umbilical terminal head used in a gas field in the South China Sea was taken as the research object.Based on International Organization for Standardization(ISO)and Der Norske Veritas(DNV)related standards,a finite element model was established for the outer structural components of the umbilical cable terminal according to the elastic-plastic and pure elastic stress analysis methods,and the numerical analysis was carried out.The axial load capacity,shear load capacity,bending moment capacity and torque capacity under production conditions were obtained,and the influence of different lifting methods on the bearing capacity of the deep water umbilical termination head was analyzed.The analysis results show that the bearing capacity calculated under normal production conditions all meet the relevant standard evaluation indicators.Different lifting methods have different effects on the bearing capacity of the deep water umbilical termination head.Compared with the two-point lifting scheme,the four-point lifting scheme is less prone to stress concentration and meets the safety strength requirements.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the design and field engineering application of umbilical terminals head.
