动荷载与温度场作用下沥青路面坑槽修补界面力学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对沥青路面坑槽修补后接缝破损现象突出问题,利用有限元软件建立沥青路面坑槽的三维有限元模型,分析了半波正弦荷载与移动均布荷载作用下坑槽修补界面的应力变化规律,并计算了周期性变温条件下坑槽修补界面的温度场与应力场的分布规律。结果表明:沥青路面坑槽修补界面主要受压和受剪,拉压应力交替变化的波形是使路面修补区域产生破坏的主要因素;修补区域路表由于温度应力的影响,很容易造成接缝开裂和向下延伸的趋势,且日温差越大沥青路面修补区域界面的温度应力也越大。 For the prominent problem of joint breakage after asphalt pavement pothole repair,a three-dimensional finite element model of asphalt pavement pothole was established by finite element software,and the stress change law of asphalt pavement pothole interface under half-wave sinusoidal load and moving uniform load were analyzed,and the distribution law of temperature field and stress field of pothole repair interface under periodic variable temperature condition were calculated.The results show that the asphalt pavement pothole repair interface is mainly subject to compression and shear,and the alternating stress waveform is the main factor that causes damage to the pavement repair area.Due to the influence of temperature stress,joint cracking and downward extension trend are easily formed on the surface of repaired area.The greater the daily temperature difference is,the greater the temperature stress at the interface of asphalt pavement repair area is.
