高等学校实践育人存在的问题及对策探究

实践教学是高校人才培养过程中贯穿始终、不可缺少的重要组成部分,是提高人才培养质量的重要环节,是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的主要方法和手段,是巩固学科知识、训练科研素养和培养理论联系实际作风的重要途径,越来越得到各高校的重视。该文分析当前国内高校实践育人工作的现状及存在的问题,论述加强实践育人的必要性,对如何加强实践育人工作进行研究和探索。

Practical teaching is an important and indispensable part in the process of talent training in Colleges and universities.It is an important link to improve the quality of talent training.It is the main method and means to cultivate students'practical ability and innovation ability.It is an important way to consolidate discipline knowledge,train scientific research literacy and cultivate the style of integrating theory with practice.It has attracted more and more attention from colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of practical education in colleges and universities in China,discusses the necessity of strengthening practical education,and studies and explores how to strengthen practical education.
