思想政治教育从根本上说是做人的工作,要具有亲和力和针对性。新时代加强和改进高校思想政治教育需要加强人文关怀,这不仅是思想政治教育本质的内在规定,也是推进高校思想政治教育实现科学发展与厘正高校思想政治教育错误取向和实践偏误的必然要求。坚持和加强人文关怀在高校思想政治教育过程中需要做到关注人的需要、尊重人的个性和实现人的发展,需要从教育理念的更新、教育内容的创新、教育方法的改革及教育机制的完善等方面共同推进新时代高校思想政治教育人文关怀的建设与发展。
