高校教师党支部推进思政育人“三协同”机制研究

思政育人是高校教师党支部建设的理念创新和实践创新,通过充分发挥党支部的组织优势,可有效促进党支部建设、思政教育与专业建设融合,落实立德树人根本任务的实现。该文以提升教师党支部工作实效为切入点,围绕高校专业建设中思政教育的焦点问题,从思政主体的协同关系、专业与党建业务融合及建立“双向平台”3个层面阐述了教师党支部建设与专业思政教育同向同行协同推进的机制与路径。

Ideological and political education is the concept innovation and practical innovation of the Party branch construction of college teachers.By giving full play to the organizational advantages of the party branch,it effectively promotes the integration of Party branch construction,ideological and political education and professional construction,and implements the realization of the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.Taking improving the effectiveness of the work of the Party branch of teachers as the starting point,this paper focuses on the focus of ideological and political education in the construction of colleges and universities,and expounds teachers from three aspects:the collaborative relationship between ideological and political subjects,the integration of professional and Party building business,and the establishment of a"two-way platform".The mechanism and path for the coordinated promotion of Party branch construction and professional ideological and political education in the same direction.
