“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆的文化治理研究

Research on Cultural Governance of University Libraries Under the Background of“Double First-class”Construction

基于“双一流”建设的背景,加强高校图书馆的文化治理可以有效解决高校文化治理过程中的困境。为实现高校文化治理的目标,高校图书馆文化治理应基于共同协商、全方位表征、多元文化共存三大原则,通过实施“塑造核心价值观凝聚文化共识、打造文献资源建设特色品牌、加强信息素养培育及提升工程、充分发挥环境育人作用及创新治理理念及模式”五大路径,在实际中发挥出导向、约束、凝聚、辐射的功能,引领高校“双一流”学科建设。

Based on the background of the“double first-class”construction,strengthening the cultural governance of university libraries can effectively solve the difficulties in the process of university cultural governance.In order to achieve the goal of university cultural governance,university library cultural governance should be based on the three principles of common consultation,all-round representation,and multi-cultural coexistence.Through the implementation of the five major paths of“shaping core values to gather cultural consensus,building a distinctive brand of literature resources,strengthening the cultivation and improvement project of information literacy,giving full play to the role of environmental education,and innovating governance concepts and models”,it should give play to the functions of guidance,constraint,cohesion,and radiation in practice,and lead the construction of“double first-class”disciplines in universities.
