恒古骨伤愈合剂对长骨干骨折术后骨不连的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Henggu bone wound consolidant on bone nonunion after long shaft fracture operation

目的探讨恒古骨伤愈合剂在治疗骨折术后骨不连的临床疗效。方法对照分析本院骨科2015年1月-2020年8月收治的四肢长骨干骨折术后骨折不连患者56例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组各28例。对照组行翻修自体髂骨移植,试验组在此基础上术后口服恒古骨伤愈合剂。疗程结束2组对比:肿胀消退时间、显效率、骨痂评分、骨折愈合时间、伤肢疼痛视觉模拟评分五个方面进行统计分析。结果56例患者完整随访,随访时间12~24个月。试验组术后患肢肿胀消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);显效率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);骨痂评分试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);骨折愈合时间试验组短于对照组(P<0.05);VAS评分试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恒古骨伤愈合剂用于四肢骨折术后骨不连治疗,可有效缓解患肢疼痛,改善术后患肢肿胀,促进骨痂生长,有助于骨折部位早期康复,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Henggu Gu Shang bone wound consolidant in the treatment of postoperative bone nonunion after fracture surgery.Methods A comparative analysis was conducted on 56 patients with postoperative nonunion of long shaft fractures of the limbs in the orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2015 to August 2020.They were divided into groups by random number table method,with 28 patients in each group.The control group underwent revision autologous iliac bone transplantation,while the experimental group received oral Henggu bone wound consolidant after surgery on this basis.Comparison between the two groups after the treatment course:statistical analysis was conducted from five aspects:swelling resolution time,significant efficiency,callus score,fracture healing time,and visual simulation score of limb pain.Results 56 patients were followed up completely for a period of 12-24 months.The swelling and regression time of the affected limb in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The significant efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The score of bone callus in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The fracture healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of Henggu bone wound consolidant for the treatment of postoperative nonunion of limb fractures can effectively alleviate limb pain,improve postoperative limb swelling,promote bone callus growth,and contribute to early recovery of the fracture site,with significant therapeutic effects.
