基于B/S模式的医院科研信息管理系统的构建

目的以云南省第一人民医院为例,对基于数字化的医院科研信息管理系统需求进行分析,提出研发构建科研管理信息系统,并与医院人事、财务管理系统集成,促进科研项目的全过程精细化管理。方法以科研管理工作内容为主线,采用B/S访问模式研发设计科研全生命周期管理的过程化、数字化和网络化科研管理信息系统。结果建立医院科研电子档案,实现对科研课题、成果、论文、论著、专利、学术任职、科研经费和综合统计的科研业务信息化管理。结论医院科研管理信息系统的建设,为科研人员和管理人员及时了解和掌握相关科研信息提供了可查询平台,对建立数字化医院具有一定的推动作用。
