探讨持续质量改进对消毒供应中心外来器械管理质量影响

Exploration of the influence of continuous quality improvement on external equipment management quality in disinfection supply center

目的对消毒供应中心收入外来器械全面分析,探究持续质量改进模式的具体内容、应用效果。方法2020年8月-2022年8月,抽取研究对象200件,来源为医院消毒供应中心,具体构成为:外来医疗器械,分为对照组、实验组,分组指导为:数字随机表格法;其中,对照组为100件外来器械,接受常规管理,实验组为100件外来器械,采取持续质量改进方法,比较效果。结果评测实验组,消毒供应中心外来器械清洗合格率,消毒合格率、包装合格率相比对照组,实验组高,P<0.05;消毒供应中心工作人员的工作能力相较,实验组更优,P<0.05。结论相比常规管理,持续质量改进管理在消毒供应中心外来器械中的应用效果更为显著。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the external equipment received by the disinfection supply center,and explore the specific content and application effects of the continuous quality improvement model.Methods From August 2020 to August 2022,200 research subjects were selected from the disinfection supply center of the hospital.The specific composition was:external medical devices,divided into control group and experimental group.The group guidance was:digital random table method;Among them,the control group consisted of 100 external devices under routine management,while the experimental group consisted of 100 external devices under continuous quaEty improvement methods to compare the effectiveness.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher cleaning qualification rate,disinfection qualification rate,and packaging qualification rate of external instruments in the disinfection supply center,with a P<0.05;The work ability of the staff in the disinfection supply center was better in the experimental group,with a P<0.05.Conclusions Compared to conventional management,continuous quality improvement management has a more significant application effect on external instruments in disinfection supply centers.
