摘要
目的观察二甲双胍对绝经后糖尿病患者血脂、骨密度的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年3月杭州市第九人民医院收治的绝经后糖尿病患者100例,采用随机单盲法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以格列美脲,观察组予以二甲双胍。2组均服用24周后评估疗效。比较2组治疗前及治疗24周后空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及股骨颈、左髋、腰椎的骨密度。结果与治疗前相比,治疗24周后观察组FPG、TG、LDL-C水平及对照组FPG水平明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前相比,治疗24周后观察组股骨颈、左髋及L_(1)、L_(2)、L_(3)、L_(4)、L_(1~4)骨密度升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论二甲双胍不仅可以调控绝经后糖尿病患者的血脂,还可提高患者骨密度。
Objective To observe the effect of metformin on blood lipid and bone mineral density of postmenopausal diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with postmenopausal diabetes were selected from January 2019 to March 2021 in the Hangzhou Ninth People′s Hospital,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized single blind method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given glimepiride,and the observation group was treated with metformin,both groups were treated for 24 weeks.Levels of FPG,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and bone mineral density of femoral neck,left hip,lumbar spine were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,levels of FPG,TG,LDL-C of the observation group and FPG level of the control group were lower after 24 weeks of treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and levels of TG,LDL-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,bone mineral density of femoral neck,left hip and L_(1),L_(2),L_(3),L_(4),L_(1~4) were higher after 24 weeks of treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Metformin can not only regulate blood lipid of postmenopausal diabetes patients,but also elevate bone mineral density.
