摘要
在一种单组分水性环氧乳液绝缘漆基础上,针对实际使用中较为关心的粘温曲线、玻璃化温度、耐热性、储存稳定性开展相关研究,确定水性环氧乳液的最佳使用工艺为:从室温升温至130℃并恒温60 min,再升温至150℃并恒温60 min。该工艺下制备的漆膜耐热好,电气性能优异。
Based on a one-component waterborne epoxy emulsion insulating paint,the viscosity-temperature curve,glass transition temperature,heat resistance and storage stability that are more concerned in practical use are studied,and the optimal application process of the water borne epoxy emulsion is determined as follows:from room temperature to 130°C and constant temperature for 60 minutes,and then to 150°C and constant temperature for 60 minutes.The paint film prepared by this process has good heat resistance and excellent electrical properties.
