Discussion on Self-inspection Requirements for Quality Assurance Capability of Electric Tool Enterprises

电动工具(电钻、电锤/镐、电动砂轮机)产品的强制性认证模式已由CCC证书改为符合性自我声明程序A模式(程序A)。程序A中涉及生产者(制造商)组织对其工厂质量保证能力进行自查并出具自查报告。对照现行的企业自查报告模板,探讨工厂质保能力的基础要求,便于电动工具企业质检人员快速且有效地实施工厂自查。

The mandatory certification mode for electric tools(drill,hammer/percussion and grinder)has been changed from CCC certificate mode to self-declaration Mode A(hereinafter referred to as Mode A).Mode A involves the self-inspection on the quality assurance capability of the factory conducted by manufacturer and the self-inspection report issue.Based on the current enterprise self-inspection report template,the basic requirements for factory quality assurance capability are discussed to facilitate the rapid and effective implementation of factory self-inspection by quality inspectors in electric tool enterprises.
