鱼塘河治理河段防洪现状及生态防洪堤设计

Flood Control Status and Ecological Flood Control Levee Design of the Treatment Reach of Yutang River

鱼塘河是乌江左岸一级支流,位处贵州省遵义市播州区境内,河段综合治理是补齐鱼塘河流域防洪短板,完善遵义市城区封闭防洪体系的技术关键。文章根据遵义市“生态文明建设治水”战略要求,结合治理河段防洪现状及防护对象,提出与现有防洪堤上下游无缝链接、岸边生态驳岸相结合的治理思路。设计优选的大块石驳岸与加筋麦克垫护坡相结合的生态堤方案,可在提高治理河段防洪标准和行洪能力的基础上,科学修复河道水生态环境。文中内容可为“安全、资源、生态”环境友好型城市河道治理提供参考。

Yutang River is a first-level tributary of the left bank of Wujiang River,which locates in Bozhou District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province.Comprehensive river reach treatment is the key technology to make up the deficiency in flood control of Yutang River Basin and improve the closed flood control system of the urban area of Zunyi City.According to the strategic requirements of“water treatment by ecological civilization construction”in Zunyi City,combined with the current situation of flood control in the treatment river reach and protection objects,this paper puts forward the treatment idea of seamlessly linking the upstream and downstream of the existing flood control levee and combining the ecological revetment on the shore.The ecological levee scheme combining the optimized design of large stone revetment and reinforced cushion slope protection can scientifically restore the ecological environment of river water on the basis of improving the flood control standard and flood discharge capacity of treatment river reach.The content of this paper can provide reference for“safety,resources and ecology”environment-friendly urban river treatment.
