气动潜孔锤钻进工艺在矿山勘察中的应用

摘要 由于在复杂地质情况下难以把控钻探质量,钻孔倾斜率较高,勘察工期较长,本文提出在矿山勘察中采用气动潜孔锤钻进工艺。以滁州市琅琊区某矿山勘察工程项目为案例,根据实际需求选定钻探设备,结合岩石钻进特性,确定钻孔结构,采用气动潜孔锤钻进工艺对矿山进行钻探施工。经检验,钻孔偏斜率低于5%,精度符合规范要求,并且施工进度明显加快,具有较高的勘察效率和良好的应用前景。 This paper suggested the pneumatic hammer drilling in mine investigation,because of high inclination rate of borehole,long time of exploration,and quality hard to control.Taking a mine survey project in Langya District of Chuzhou City as an example,the drilling equipment was prepared according to the actual demand,drilling structure was determined according to the characteristics of rock,and pneumatic hammer drilling technology was adopted.After inspection,the borehole deviation is less than 5%,the accuracy meets the specification requirements,and the construction progress is obviously accelerated.The technology has high investigation efficiency and good application prospect.
