信息化给药闭环管理联合服药到口流程管理效果分析

Analysis of the effect of information-based closed-loop administration on the management of combination oral medications

目的:探讨案例医院在信息化给药闭环管理模式下实施服药到口流程管理的应用效果。方法:共选取案例医院口服药物服药频率较高的科室(消化内科、呼吸内科、心内科)收治的520名患者临床资料作为样本。样本中,信息化给药闭环管理联合服药到口流程管理前、后住院患者各260例,比较两组患者护理口服药给药错误事件发生率、护理给药错误事件发生环节、服药到口率变化情况,并调查管理前后患者的满意度情况。结果:实施后,口服药护理给药错误事件发生率明显降低,错误事件发生环节明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者服药到口率和患者满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化给药闭环管理联合服药到口流程管理提高了护士服药到口执行力,提高了护理人员工作水准,得到了患者的认可,有效促进了患者服药安全。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of the implementation of medication-to-oral process management in hospitals under the informatization management mode of medication-to-oral management.Methods:A total of 520 clinical data of patients admitted to departments with a high frequency of oral drug administration(gastroenterology,respiratory medicine,and cardiology)in the case hospital were selected as the sample.In the sample,260 patients were hospitalized before and after the management of the closed-loop management of information-based drug administration combined with the medication-to-mouth process,and the incidence of nursing oral drug administration error events,nursing medication administration error event links,and changes in the medication-to-mouth rate were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of patients before and after the management was investigated.Results:There was a significant reduction in the incidence of medication errors and a statistically significant reduction in the occurrence of errors after implementation(P<0.05).Dosing to mouth rate and patient satisfaction were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Informationization of closed-loop administration of medications and combined administration of medications to the patient improved nurses'administration of medications to the patient execution capacity,improved nursing personnel work level,gained patient recognition,and effectively promoted patient administration safety.
