数字技术资本主义应用的限度及其扬弃——兼论中国发展数字经济的制度优势

The Limits of Capitalist Application of Digital Technology and Its Sublation--On the Institutional Advantages of China’s Development of Digital Economy

当前对数字资本主义的研究大多集中于理论批判层面,关于数字技术实践应用的逻辑理路与发展进路仍存在继续深入的空间。解读数字技术时,要区分数字技术及其“资本主义应用”,在辩证把握数字技术的前提下扬弃数字资本主义。一方面看到资本增殖的现实需要促进数字技术发展,另一方面也不能够忽视资本逻辑的内在矛盾对数字技术发展的限制。数字资本主义难以超越“物”的规定性,因而推动数字技术的社会主义应用是扬弃数字资本主义的必由之路。实际上,数字技术与社会主义的本质要求高度吻合,数字技术融合赋能实体经济深度发展,数字技术创新推动后发国家弯道超车,数字技术共享满足人民美好生活需要,数字技术突破绘就人类文明崭新图景。中国发展数字经济同样具有制度优势,党领导经济工作能够突破发展界限,公有制为主体能够摆正发展方向,市场机制能够充分激发要素活力,强有力的国家治理能够防范风险,以人为本的发展目标能够壮大优势。

Most of the current researches on digital capitalism focused on the theoretical critical level,and there is still room for further research on the logic and development path of the practical application of digital technology.When interpreting digital technology,we should distinguish between digital technology and its“capitalist application”,and sublate digital capitalism on the premise of dialectical grasp of digital technology.On the one hand,we can see that the reality of capital proliferation needs to promote the development of digital technology.On the other hand,we cannot ignore the restriction of the inherent contradiction of capital logic on the development of digital technology.It is difficult for digital capitalism to surpass the stipulation of“material”,so promoting the socialist application of digital technology is the only way to sublate digital capitalism.In fact,digital technology is highly consistent with the essential requirements of socialism.Digital technology integration enables the deep development of the real economy.Digital technology innovation promotes the overtaking of late developing countries on curves.Digital technology sharing meets the needs of the people for a better life.And digital technology breakthroughs paints a new vision for human civilization.Besides,China has institutional advantages in developing the digital economy.The economic work led by the Party can break through the development boundary,the public ownership as the main body can set the development direction,the market mechanism can fully stimulate the vitality of elements,strong national governance can prevent risks,and the people-oriented development goal can strengthen advantages.
