摘要
综述寒热并用经典名方治疗恶性肿瘤的临床研究进展。《伤寒论》中记载了诸多寒热并用方剂,如泻心汤类、柴胡汤类、承气汤类等。临床实践表明,寒热并用的中医经典名方在恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中可改善患者术后并发症,联合化疗可增效减毒,提高患者生存质量,进而延长患者的生存期。
The clinical research progress on classic famous prescriptions combined cold and heat in treatment of malignant tumors was reviewed.In the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,there were many prescriptions combined cold and heat,such as Xiexin Decoction category,Chaihu Decoction category,Chengqi Decoction category,etc.Clinical practice had shown that classic famous prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine combined cold and heat could improve the postoperative complications of patients in treating malignant tumors,in addition,those classic famous prescriptions combining with chemotherapy could increase the effectiveness and reduce the toxicity,improve the quality of life,and prolong the survival period.
