摘要
模拟应变校准装置按规定条件和理论方程式,将标准应变量换算成模拟的相同应变量。在许多关于应变量的校准实验中,需要利用模拟应变校准装置,为其提供标准应变,与被校测量设备实际测量的应变值进行比对和误差分析,从而实现应变量的校准。多通道模拟应变校准装置是一种对应变量数据采集系统指标进行量传的标准器,可以大大提高校准的效率。本文简述了一种多通道模拟应变校准装置的组成及工作原理,建立了标准数学模型,分析了该装置测量标准的不确定度来源、计算方法和评定过程,并验证了该装置的评定结果。该套多通道模拟应变校准装置的设计可以解决大批量应变通道校准的问题,在保证校准准确度的前提下,能够实现多通道快速校准。
Analog strain calibration device is a device that converts standard strain into the same simulated strain according to specified conditions and theoretical equations.In many calibration experiments on strain,it is necessary to use analog strain calibration device to provide standard strain for it,and compare and analyze the error with the actual measured strain value of the calibrated measuring equipment,so as to realize the calibration of strain.Multi channel analog strain calibration device is a kind of standard device for measuring multiple indexes of strain data acquisition system.Multi-channel calibration can greatly improve the efficiency of calibration.In this paper the composition and principle of a multi-channel analog strain calibration device are briefly described.The standard mathematical model is established.The source,calculation method and evaluation process of the uncertainty of the measuring standard are analyzed,and the evaluation result is verified.The design of the multi-channel analog strain calibration device can solve the problem of mass strain channel calibration,and can realize multi-channel rapid calibration on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of calibration.
