摘要
控制阀在流程工业中发挥越来越重要的作用,是实现工业企业自动控制必不可少的执行元件。控制阀在苛刻工况下的选型一直是仪表专业技术人员在工程设计和运维中比较关注的内容,也是在各类仪表选型中比较容易出现偏差的环节。为了解决控制阀在苛刻工况下选型出现的问题,以巴斯夫化工有限公司的一个连续生产化工装置为例,该装置的工况存在强腐蚀、高压、高温等比较苛刻的工况,在某些特殊的工况下控制阀的选型存在汽蚀和闪蒸等情况。本文在对控制阀的常用类型进行分析后,结合实际选型案例展开较为深入的研究,得出如何对控制阀正确选型的结论。不仅可以为仪表专业人员提供一个选型的经验参考,而且有助于提高企业的生产效率和安全性。
Control valves play an increasingly important role in the process industry and are indispensable actors for realization of automatic control in industrial enterprises.The selection of control valves under harsh working conditions has always been the content of instrument engineers in engineering and maintenance activities.It is also a link that is prone to deviation in the selection of various instrument.In order to solve the problem of selection of control valves under harsh working conditions,this article takes an plant in BASF Chemicals Co.,Ltd.,as an example.This plant has some harsh process conditions,such as strong corrosion,high pressure and high temperature.Under high pressure process condition,to select control valves,there is cavitation or flashing occurs.After analyze various types of control valve,this article carries out a study based on actual case.Drawing conclusion how to correctly select control valves.It not only provides an valuable reference for instrument engineer,but also can improve the productivity and safety of enterprises.
