A Study on Customs Service in Security and Stability of China’s Industrial Chain and Supply Chain from a Global Perspective

产业链供应链安全稳定是构建新发展格局的基础。当前,受中美博弈、新冠疫情、俄乌冲突等事件冲击,全球产业链供应链体系正加快调整与重构,我国产业链供应链安全稳定面临全新挑战。本文梳理总结了全球视野下我国产业链供应链面临的新趋势、新挑战,重点分析了海关在维护我国产业链供应链安全稳定中的角色定位以及面临的新任务、新要求,并提出海关进一步支持服务我国产业链供应链安全稳定的策略方法与具体路径。

The security and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain is a foundation for building a new development pattern.At present,the global industrial chain and supply chain systems are undergoing rapid adjustment and restructuring under the impact of events such as the China-US rivalry,the pandemic of COVID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine conflict,which poses new challenges to the security and stability of China’s industrial chain and supply chain.This paper summarizes the new trends and challenges faced by China’s industrial chain and supply chain from a global perspective,focuses on the role,new tasks and requirements of Customs in maintaining the security and stability of China’s industrial chain and supply chain,and proposes strategies and specific pathways for Customs to further support and serve the security and stability of China’s industrial chain and supply chain.
