摘要
在基层表面强度较低、略微起砂的情况下,探索了不同基层处理方式对聚合物水泥防水涂料(JS防水涂料)与基层粘结强度的影响。结果表明,对基层进行预先处理后,JS防水涂料与基层的粘结强度均有所增加,但是增加的幅度并不相同;在本研究范围内,在基层上先涂刷JS防水涂料的乳液组分,再涂刷JS防水涂料,既施工方便,又能够大幅提升JS防水涂料与基层的粘结强度,解决了JS防水涂料在基层质量较差情况下粘结不牢的难题。
In the case of low surface strength and slight dusting of the substrate,the influence of different substrate treatments on the bonding strength between polymer cement waterproofing coating(JS waterproofing coating)and the substrate is explored.The results show that after pre-treatment of the substrate,the bonding strength between JS waterproofing coating and the substrate increased,but the increase extent is not the same;within the scope of this study,emulsion component of JS waterproofing coating is first applied on the substrate before the application of JS waterproofing coating,which is not only convenient for construction,but also can greatly improve the bonding strength between JS waterproofing coating and the substrate,and it solves the problem of poor binding between JS waterproofing coating and improperly treated substrate.
