Application Technology of Roof Insulation and Waterproofing System in a Large Cultural Museum

某大型文化场馆屋面防水要求Ⅰ级,设计采用泡沫玻璃保温层以及SBS改性沥青卷材与喷涂聚脲共同组成的防水保温系统,同时为解决该系统外观传统单一的不足,采用装饰铝蜂窝板与该系统结合。本文阐述了该屋面防水保温构造系统相应的材料特性及施工工艺特点,以及在应用中遇到的技术难点和施工过程中的具体解决办法。

Grade I waterproofing is required for the roof of a large cultural venue.The design adopts a waterproofing and thermal insulation system composed of foam glass insulation layer,SBS modified bitumen membrane and spray polyurea.Meanwhile,in order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional simplex appearance of the system,decorative aluminum honeycomb panels are combined with the system.This article elaborates on the characteristics of relevant material and construction technology of this waterproofing and insulation system,as well as the technical difficulties encountered in application and specific solutions during the construction process.
