摘要
我国现有近万座尾矿库,环境风险相对比较高的占三分之一。很多早期建设的中小型尾矿库,由于初期坝设计、施工不规范、后期尾矿堆积坝未按设计要求堆放等原因,导致尾矿库浸润线较高,初期坝和堆积坝坝面出现沼泽化,尾矿库堆积坝抗滑稳定系数不满足规范要求,尾矿库运行存在安全隐患。本文简要分析浸润线较高对尾矿堆积坝的不利影响,并提出尾矿库整改时降低浸润线的措施。
There are nearly 10000 tailings ponds in China,and one third of them have relatively high environmental risks.Many small and medium-sized tailings ponds built in the early stage,due to the non-standard design and construction of the initial dam,and the non stacking of the tailings stacking dam in the later stage according to the design requirements,lead to the high saturation line of the tailings pond,the swamping of the initial dam and the stacking dam surface,the anti sliding stability coefficient of the tailings pond stacking dam does not meet the specification requirements,and there are potential safety hazards in the operation of the tailings pond.This paper briefly analyzes the adverse effect of high phreatic line on tailings stacking dam,and puts forward the measures to reduce the phreatic line during the rectification of tailings pond.
