基于马斯洛层次理论的护理干预结合视频回授法教育对老年糖尿病肾病患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy theory combined with video feedback education on self-management ability and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease

目的探讨基于马斯洛层次理论的护理干预结合视频回授法教育在老年糖尿病肾病(DKD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月我院收治的100例老年DKD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于马斯洛层次理论的护理干预结合视频回授法教育。比较两组的肾功能指标、自我管理能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24 h尿蛋白定量及β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(Scr)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理及药物评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生理功能、心理功能、社会关系和治疗效果评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛层次理论的护理干预结合视频回授法教育可提高老年DKD患者的自我管理能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy theory combined with video feedback education in elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with DKD admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy theory combined with video feedback education on the basis of the control group.The renal function indexes,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),24 h urinary protein quantification,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and serum creatinine(Scr)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of diet,exercise,blood glucose monitoring,foot nursing and drug in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social relationship and therapeutic effect in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy theory combined with video feedback education can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of elderly patients with DKD.
