舒缓护理干预对终末期白血病患者心理状态的影响

Effect of palliative nursing intervention on mental state of patients with end-stage leukemia

目的分析舒缓护理干预对终末期白血病患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的120例终末期白血病患者为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法将其分为对照组(n=60,常规护理)与研究组(n=60,常规护理^(+)舒缓护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、自然杀伤(NK)细胞数量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的积极行为、积极态度、亲密关系评分以及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒缓护理干预在终末期白血病患者中的应用效果显著,有利于改善心理状态,增强免疫功能,提高希望水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of palliative nursing intervention on mental state of patients with end-stage leukemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with end-stage leukemia admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=60,routine nursing)and study group(n=60,routine nursing^(+)palliative nursing intervention)by computer blind selection method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and number of natural killer(NK)cell in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive behavior,positive attitude,intimate relationship scores and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Palliative nursing intervention applied in patients with end-stage leukemia has a significant effect,and it is conducive to improving mental state,enhancing immune function and improving hope level.
